Hi, my name is Anna Francikowska. I am an interior designer, property developer and the founder of Olive Tree Home Staging. I have always been interested in property and bought, designed and renovated quite a few properties over the last 10 years. I enjoy designing spaces and adding finishing touches that make interiors aspirational and desirable. In 2022 I decided to share my passion with others and I launched Olive Tree Home Staging. I want to help homeowners, property developers and investors to maximise their profits and sell faster. I eat, sleep and breathe property and interior design and I am so excited to be able to do what I love!

Staging for sale of empty properties
Staging an empty property and 6 week furniture rental. The price will depend on the size of the property and individual requirements. Below is the guide only:
1 bedroom property from £2,250
2 bedroom property from £2,600
3 bedroom property from £2,950
4 bedroom property from £3,250
Prices are exclusive of VAT
Staging for sale of occupied properties
Advice on how to declutter, positioning of existing furniture, styling the property with additional pieces of furniture, accessories and soft furnishings, 6 weeks furniture/accessories rental and collection at the end of the 6 weeks’ rental period. This service will be quoted on individual basis and will depend on the amount of additional furniture required. Prices from £500
Home Staging Consultation
Home Staging Consultation £250+VAT
45-60 mins in person at the property followed by a written report with tailor-made recommendations on how to declutter, improve kerb appeal, outside space, décor, furniture layout, soft furnishings, accessories and floor coverings on room-by-room basis. Our recommendations will take into consideration the style and type of property, market competition, location, and potential buyer profile.
